Who I help
College Students can experience apprehension, anxiety, loneliness, and depression despite excitement, freedom, and opportunities. I specialize in working with students’ unique issues to make meaning and find their place in the world.
Many young adults are feeling unsure about their direction in life in the areas of career, friendships, romantic relationships, and finances. Being in therapy can help with these common adjustment issues.
Therapy can help you make changes in your life and promotes a greater understanding of yourself. In a safe comfortable, non-judgmental environment, I will tailor your therapy to you and help you to feel more secure and happier in life.
